Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Cooperative Department under the Ministry of Planning and Investment to assist the Minister of Planning and Investment in performing state management tasks related to cooperatives as assigned by the Government.
Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and staffing of the Cooperative Department.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of Planning and Investment and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
