DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Issuing Industry Standards

 

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

 

Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;

Pursuant to the Railways Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Considering the proposals of the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department,

 

DECISION:

 

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision is the Industry Standard "Railway Signaling Procedures."

Registration Number: 22 TCN 341 - 05

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette; it revokes Decision No. 981/QĐ-ĐSVN dated November 24, 1999 of the General Director of the Vietnam Railway Corporation regarding the Railway Signaling Procedures of Vietnam.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Vietnam Railway Administration, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
