This decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Considering the Circular No. 45/UBND-VX dated January 9, 2008 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE
THACH LAC RESIDENCE
THACH LAC COMMUNE, THACH HA DISTRICT, HA TINH PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
