Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2006/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2006 of the Government on the rights of self-management and self-responsibility for the implementation of tasks, organizational structure, staffing, and finance for public service units;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;
THE PRIME MINISTER DECIDES TO ISSUE THE REGULATIONS ON THE PILOT TRANSFORMATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES OPERATING IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES FROM THE MODEL OF PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS WITH REVENUE GENERATION INTO A SINGLE SHAREHOLDER JOINT STOCK COMPANY OWNED BY THE STATE.
Article 1. ACCOMPANYING THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE PILOT TRANSFORMATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES OPERATING IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES FROM THE MODEL OF PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS WITH REVENUE GENERATION INTO A SINGLE SHAREHOLDER JOINT STOCK COMPANY OWNED BY THE STATE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 20, 2014 AND BE APPLICABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2016.
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES OPERATING IN INDUSTRIAL ZONES UNDER THE MODEL OF PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS WITH REVENUE GENERATION THAT HAVE ALREADY OBTAINED TRANSFORMATION DECISIONS INTO SINGLE SHAREHOLDER JOINT STOCK COMPANIES FROM AUTHORIZED BODIES BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS DECISION SHALL CONTINUE TO IMPLEMENT APPROVED PROPOSALS.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
