Pursuant to the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 dated November 11, 2011;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 01/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2013 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Archives;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on construction project quality management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 12, 2009 of the Government on investment construction project management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2009/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 2009 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 12, 2009 of the Government on investment construction project management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BNV dated November 22, 2012 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding document management, file establishment, and submission of files and documents for archival purposes at agencies;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2013/TT-BNV dated April 16, 2013 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the establishment of document and archive work regulations for agencies and organizations;
Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2014/TTLT-BNV-BXD dated August 21, 2014 of the Ministry of Home Affairs - Ministry of Construction guiding the components of project and construction works' documents to be archived in historical archives;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Transport,
The Minister of the Ministry of Transport issues this Circular on the Archive Work Regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Archive Work Regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2015, replacing Circular No. 12/2009/TT-BGTVT dated July 3, 2009 of the Minister of the Ministry of Transport detailing the archive work of the Ministry of Transport and Decision No. 2578/QĐ/1998/GTVT-CGĐ dated October 14, 1998 of the Minister of the Ministry of Transport on the content and list of completion documents for traffic bridge and road projects.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of General Bureaus, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Heads of agencies and units, and relevant individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
