CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular No. 154/2009/TT-BTC dated July 30, 2009 of

 the Ministry of Finance on the collection, payment, and management and use of fees for issuing advertising permits

BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to the Advertising Law No. 16/2012/QH13 dated June 21, 2012;

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Policy Department;

The Minister of Finance hereby issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 154/2009/TT-BTC dated July 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance on the collection, payment, and management and use of fees for issuing advertising permits, as follows:

Article 1. Repeals Circular No. 154/2009/TT-BTC dated July 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance on the collection, payment, and management and use of fees for issuing advertising permits

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2014.

Article 3. The Director of the Policy Department, the Director of the Legal Department, units under the Ministry, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Circular.
