DECREE
No. 74 dated May 24, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 50 dated April 13, 1945 organizing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation,
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing agencies within ministries;
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation,
The Council of Ministers promulgates:
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, a new-style law graduate, is appointed to hold the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation.
Article 2: The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this Decree accordingly.
