Decree No. 74/SL Appointing Mr. Khuat Duy Tien as Director of the Foreign Trade Bureau

DECREE

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 74 DATED JULY 18, 1947

Pursuant to Decree No. 13-SL dated February 3, 1947, Decree No. 29B/SL dated March 16, 1947, and Decree No. 53-SL dated June 1, 1947 establishing the monopoly on foreign trade and organizing the Foreign Trade Bureau;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Economy;

After the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly have reached an agreement,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

Appoints Mr. Khuất Duy Tiến as Director of the Foreign Trade Bureau.

Article 2

The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree.
