OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NO. 74 TC/VP ON APRIL 24, 1998 REGARDING CORRECTION OF DECISION NO. 383/1998/QD-BTC DATED MARCH 30, 1998

On March 30, 1998, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 383/1998/QD-BTC on amending the names and tax rates of certain items in the Import Tariff Schedule. Due to errors during proofreading and printing, there were mistakes in the names, tax rates, and missing codes for some groups of items. The Ministry of Finance requests corrections as follows:
- Line 10 from the bottom, page 1 of the List should be corrected to read: "fresh, frozen, chilled, dried, salted or brined. Animal"
- Line 1 from the bottom, page 7 of the List should be corrected to read: "sets of tableware, kitchenware, toiletry articles, office supplies, decorative articles"
- Page 6 of the List, group code 4802 should be corrected to:
