THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1489/QD-BNV dated December 1, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Organization and Establishment Department;

Considering the work requirements and the quality and capacity of cadres and civil servants;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,

DECISION:

Article 1. Appointing Ms. Dao Thi Hong Minh, an officer of the Organization and Establishment Department, to the position of Deputy Director of the Personnel Management Department under the Organization and Establishment Department. The specific duties of Ms. Dao Thi Hong Minh shall be assigned by the Director of the Department.

Article 2. Ms. Dao Thi Hong Minh shall enjoy the leadership position coefficient allowance for Deputy Director of the Department according to current regulations.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Civil Service Organization Department, the Organization and Establishment Department, and Ms. Dao Thi Hong Minh are responsible for implementing this decision.
