Considering the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam,

Article 1. Suspend the implementation of Government Decree No. 18/CP dated February 24, 1997 on administrative violations in the banking sector.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
