THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

On the basis of Decision No. 1489/QD-BNV dated December 1, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Organization and Establishment Division;

Considering the work requirements and the qualities and capabilities of cadres;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization and Personnel Division,

DECISION:

Article 1. Appoints Mr. Le Dinh Phan, Senior Specialist of the Organization and Establishment Division, to the position of Deputy Head of the Organizational Structure Management Department under the Organization and Establishment Division on a fixed-term basis. The specific duties of Mr. Le Dinh Phan shall be assigned by the Head of the Department.

Article 2. Mr. Le Dinh Phan shall enjoy the leadership position allowance coefficient for Deputy Head of Department according to current regulations.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre Organization and Personnel Division, the Director of the Organization and Establishment Division, and Mr. Le Dinh Phan are responsible for implementing this Decision.
