Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets dated December 28, 2000.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets.
After reaching agreement with the Director of the National Political Publishing House - Truth,
DECISION:
Article 1. The list of state secrets classified as Confidential for the National Political Publishing House - Truth includes the following information:
1. Important policies and plans regarding publishing that have not yet been implemented.
2. Works, articles, speeches by senior Party and State leaders containing important content related to national security, defense, and foreign relations that have not yet been published.
3. Handwritten notes by senior Party and State leaders on documents and publications of the National Political Publishing House - Truth that have not yet been disclosed.
4. Content of cooperation and negotiation documents of the National Political Publishing House - Truth with foreign countries that have not yet been published.
5. Materials and documents collected by the National Political Publishing House - Truth for compilation that have not yet been published.
6. Inspection and audit materials, inspection and audit conclusions, internal complaints and reports that have not yet been published.
7. Personnel files at the department level and specialist staff; files concerning personnel planning, rotation, and appointment at the National Political Publishing House - Truth that have not yet been published.
