THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Publishing Law dated July 7, 1993, and Decree No. 791/CP dated November 6, 1993, of the Government detailing the implementation of the Publishing Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993, of the Government regarding functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture; - Information;
At the proposal of the Director of the Publishing Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Joint Venture Regulations on Printing and Distributing Publishing Materials are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Regulations issued together with this Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's General Offices, Directors of the Publishing Department, Directors of Cultural and Information Departments, Directors of Publishing Houses, Directors of printing establishments, Directors of book distribution organizations, owners of publishing material retail outlets, and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
