THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 432/QĐ-TTg dated April 21, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the feasibility report of the Project to Reform Financial Management;
Pursuant to Decision No.../2003/QĐ-BTC dated .../5/2003 of the Minister of Finance regarding the establishment of the Steering Committee for the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector;
Pursuant to the dispatch letters from relevant agencies nominating officials to participate;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of International Relations, the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Steering Committee for the Project to Reform Financial Management (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee) shall be established, headed by Deputy Minister Le Thi Bang Tam.
Members of the Steering Committee include members of the Steering Committee for the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector and the following named individuals:
1. Mr. Bui Ha, Director of the Department of Finance and Banking, Ministry of Planning and Investment, member
2. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khuong, Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Ministry of Health, member
3. Mr. Pham Hoang Duc, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting, State Bank of Vietnam, member
4. Mr. Pham Duc Hong, Director of the Department of Finance and Prices, Ha Tay Province, member. The Steering Committee for the Project to Reform Financial Management operates according to the Charter of the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector and dissolves itself upon completion of its tasks. Members work concurrently under the assignment of the Head of the Steering Committee for the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Head of the Steering Committee for the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector, the Director of the Department of International Relations, the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, members of the Steering Committee for the Program to Modernize the Financial Sector, Heads of relevant agencies, and individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
