Issuing Industry Standards

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;

Based on the Railway Law dated June 14, 2005;

On the basis of the Ordinance on Product Quality dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration Bureau, the Head of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Industry Standard "Train Operation Procedures and Track Consolidation Work".

Registration number: 22 TCN 342 - 05.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette; it revokes Decision No. 187/QĐ-ĐSVN dated February 16, 2000 issued by the General Director of the Vietnam Railways Corporation on Train Operation Procedures and Track Consolidation Work for Vietnam Railways.

Article 3The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Department Heads, Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration Bureau, Chairman of the Board of Management, General Director of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
