Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Government Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;.
Considering the Circular No. 4460/UBND.VX dated July 17, 2007 of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Monuments Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Monument Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
RAM TEMPLE
HUNG NHAN COMMUNE, HUNG YEN DISTRICT, NGHE AN PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the National Monuments Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An Province, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
