PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Ratification and Implementation of International Treaties on June 14 b) Circular No. 03/2015/TT-BKHĐT dated May 6, 2015 of the Minister of Planning and Investment detailing the preparation of construction tender documents.
At the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic passports and official passports signed in Maputo on April 4, 2008
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle foreign affairs procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in the country of the date when the Agreement comes into effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement./.
