PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Cao Duc Phat, Acting Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to replace Mr. Le Huy Ngo as the Head of the National Steering Committee for Avian Influenza Prevention and Control pursuant to Decision No. 13/2004/QD-TTG dated January 28, 2004 of the Government Prime Minister.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, National Steering Committee for Avian Influenza Prevention and Control, National Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Acute Respiratory Diseases Caused by Viruses, and those named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
