PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Article 4 of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state administration of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
To implement the Resolution of the Politburo on transferring the Border Guard Force from the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry of National Defense,
DECISION:
Article 1. Initially, the border guard force will be transferred intact from the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry of National Defense.
Article 2. The Minister of National Defense, the Minister of Interior, the ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
