Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th Session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at Circular No. 88/TTr-CP dated May 20, 2009,
DECISION:

Mr. Rogerio Machado Pereira, born on June 8, 1979, in Brazil
With Vietnamese name: Nguyen Rogerio
Currently residing at Tuyen Son Sports Area, Group 1, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the person named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
