Regarding the establishment of Ben Cau Town
- the district town of Ben Cau District, Tien Giang Province

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish Ben Cau Town - the district town of Ben Cau District, Tien Giang Province based on 638 hectares of natural area and 5,555 population of Lợi Thuận Commune.
The administrative boundaries of Ben Cau Town: East borders Lợi Thuận Commune; West borders Lợi Thuận and Tiên Thuận Communes; South borders Lợi Thuận Commune; North borders Tiên Thuận Commune. After adjusting the administrative boundaries, Lợi Thuận Commune has 4,277.49 hectares of natural area and 7,534 population.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
