THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1275 QĐ/BNN-XDCB dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on investment in the raw material region and Thai Nguyen Particleboard Factory under the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation at Circular No. 99HĐQT/TCLĐ/CV dated April 25, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.- Establish the Project Management Board for the raw material region and Thai Nguyen Particleboard Factory under the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation to assist the Corporation in managing and implementing the investment in the raw material region and Thai Nguyen Particleboard Factory.
Article 2.- The organization and operation of the Project Management Board for the raw material region and Thai Nguyen Particleboard Factory shall be conducted in the form of direct management by the investor as stipulated in the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government.
Article 3.- The Vietnam Forest Products Corporation shall define the functions and tasks of the Project Management Board in accordance with specific conditions and current regulations of the Government.
Article 4.- The Project Management Board for the raw material region and Thai Nguyen Particleboard Factory shall have a Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant of the Project Management Board, and other professional staff members of the Board.
The General Director of the Corporation shall allocate personnel for the Board, ensuring efficiency and streamlined operations.
Article 5.- This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and shall replace Decision No. 143/1998/QĐ/BNN-TCCB dated September 29, 1998.
Article 6.- Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres, Heads of units under the Ministry related to this matter, and the General Director of the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
