Regarding the Approval of the Position Allowance System for Leaders under the State Records and Archives Bureau.

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily stipulating the new salary system for civil servants, administrative officials, and armed forces personnel;
Pursuant to Decision No. 177/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 1, 2003 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Records and Archives Bureau;
Pursuant to Decision No. 62/2003/QĐ-BNV dated September 30, 2003 of the Minister of Home Affairs regarding the classification of the State Records and Archives Bureau as Class I Bureau;
These regulations are hereby promulgated along with this Decision "Regulations on the Transfer, Rotation, and Temporary Assignment of Officials and Civil Servants of the Government Inspectorate."
DECISION:
Article 1.Approves the position allowance system for leaders of the State Records and Archives Bureau as follows:

Article 2. The implementation time for these position allowances for leaders shall be from October 1, 2003.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the State Records and Archives Bureau, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department, and the Heads of related organizations are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
