Transfer the Moc Chau Agricultural Hospital in its current state to the People's Committee of Son La Province
under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for receipt and management

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Circular No. 3201/UB dated November 26, 2004 of the People's Committee of Son La Province regarding the receipt of the Moc Chau Agricultural Hospital;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Finance Department, the Director of the Planning Department, the Director of the Labor Health Center, and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the Moc Chau Agricultural Hospital under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the People's Committee of Son La Province for receipt and management.
Article 2. Direct the Director of the Medical Center to prepare and together with relevant agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to be responsible for transferring the Moc Chau Agricultural Hospital in its current state: tasks, physical assets, land, files and documents, labor... currently existing at the Moc Chau Agricultural Hospital to the People's Committee of Son La Province for receipt and management.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of related agencies and units under the Ministry, the Director of the Medical Center shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
