REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS: RICE IN LOOSE FORM UNDER LOW PRESSURE CONDITIONS - NATIONAL RESERVE STORAGE REGULATIONS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated April 29, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on National Reserve Stocks;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR RICE IN LOOSE FORM UNDER LOW PRESSURE CONDITIONS - NATIONAL RESERVE STORAGE REGULATIONS, DESIGNATED AS TCN 12: 2007.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, AND THE HEADS OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE UNITS WITHIN THEIR FUNCTIONS AND POWERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THIS DECISION./.
