THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10 OF DECEMBER 25, 2001 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, TERM X, SESSION 10;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND THE LAW ON THE ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
AFTER REVIEWING THE REPORT NO. 899/UBTVQH11 OF MARCH 20, 2007 OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON THE ADDITION OF THE PROJECT TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT ARTICLE 73 OF THE LABOUR CODE TO THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM FOR 2007 AND THE OPINIONS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;

RESOLUTION:
Article 1. DIRECT THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO OVERSEE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM FOR 2007 AS ADJUSTED.
