DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Tuc Ky Town under Tuc Ky District, Hai Duong Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization, dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.-Now establish Tuc Ky Town, the district town of Tuc Ky District based on the entire area and population of An Nhan Commune, Dong Ky Ward and La Tinh Commune, Tay Ky Ward.
- Tuc Ky Town has 476 hectares of natural area and 6,722 inhabitants. The administrative boundaries of Tuc Ky Town: East borders Tay Ky Ward, Van To Ward and Tu Xuyen Ward; West borders Dong Ky Ward and Quang Phuc Ward; South borders Minh Duc Ward; North borders Dong Ky Ward and Tay Ky Ward.
Article 2.-THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
ARTICLE 3.The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decree.
