DECREE
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 76/SL DATED JANUARY 15, 1952
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 50 dated April 23, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/SL dated May 14, 1951 allowing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation to issue stamps with the design "President Ho Chi Minh";
Based on the report submitted by the Minister of Public Works and Transportation;
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. - Article 1 of Decree No. 23/SL dated May 14, 1951 is hereby amended as follows:
"New Article 1 – The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is authorized to issue five million stamps with the design 'President Ho Chi Minh', each priced at one hundred dong."
Article 2. - Decree No. 23/SL dated May 14, 1951 is hereby repealed.
Article 3. - The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this decree.
