Regarding the affiliated public service units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2008/ND-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. The public service units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs include:

1. Government Guest House.

2. V75 External Transportation Center.

Article 2. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall submit to the Prime Minister for decision on establishing new, dissolving, or merging public service units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Article 3. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall stipulate the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the public service units as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature; it abolishes previous regulations that are contrary to this Decision.

Article 5. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
