Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on Administrative Procedure Control;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
Considering the proposal of the Investment Department Director and the Legal Department Director,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexed to this Decision are 02 administrative procedures for reviewing the allocation of capital in the investment sector within the scope of the Ministry of Finance's state management functions, including:
02 amended and supplemented administrative procedures replacing administrative procedures number TT 1 Section 2 Financial Sector General - List attached to Decision No. 1780/QD-BTC dated July 26, 2011 of the Minister of Finance and numbers TT 80, 81 Section L Part I - Financial - Budget List attached to Decision No. 1901/QD-BTC dated August 10, 2009 (Appendix attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3The Investment Department Director, the Legal Department Director, the Office Director, the Director of the Information Technology and Financial Statistics Department, and the heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
