THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to Decree No. 23/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated August 20, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the organization of criminal investigation;
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
At the proposal of the General Director of the Police General Corps.

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the Regulations on the allocation of responsibilities and coordination relationships in traffic accident investigation and resolution work of the People's Public Security force.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
All previous provisions contrary to the Regulations issued together with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Directors of all General Corps, Heads of units directly under the Minister, Provincial Police Chiefs, and Chief of Police of centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 4. The General Director of the Police General Corps is responsible for directing, guiding, inspecting, and urging the implementation of this Decision./.
