PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue.
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement the list of members of the National Committee for Search and Rescue and supplement the specialized permanent agency of the National Committee for Search and Rescue as follows:
1. List of members of the National Committee for Search and Rescue:
- Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Vice Chairman of the Committee.
- Deputy Minister of Industry, Vice Chairman of the Committee.
- Deputy Minister of Finance, Member.
- Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, Member.
- Deputy Director General of Vietnam Television, Member.
- Deputy Director General of Voice of Vietnam Radio, Member.
- Head of the Office of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, Permanent Member.
2. Specialized agencies under the National Committee for Search and Rescue.
The Mine Rescue Center, Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group under the Ministry of Industry.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government, Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, members and agencies named above shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
