Regarding the issuance of industry standards
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 27, 1990;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality;
DECISION:
Article 1. Now promulgating the following industry standards:
16 TCN 868-99 to 16 TCN 877-99;
Reviewing ten industry standards: 16 TCN 461-464; 470-472; 488; 490.
Article 2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Department Heads under the Ministry, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
