Pursuant to Ordinance on Livestock Breeds No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Ordinance on Product Quality No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Livestock Breeds that must apply industry standards.
Article 2. During each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement this List to meet the needs of livestock breed production and business.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
