Decision No. 77/2004/QĐ-BNV on the issuance of job classification codes for civil servants in the market management sector and some positions in the culture and information sector.

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

Regarding the issuance of job classification codes for specialized market management civil service ranks

and some cultural and information sector staff ranks

 THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

 Pursuant to the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Ordinance on Cadres and Civil Servants dated April 29, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 587/TM-TCCB dated July 12, 1995 of the Minister of Trade on issuing the vocational standards for civil service ranks in the Trade sector;

Pursuant to Decision No. 428/TCCP-VC dated June 2, 1993 of the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government Office (now the Minister of Home Affairs) on issuing the vocational standards for civil service ranks in the Cultural and Information sector;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department,

 DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6Issuing job classification codes for specialized market management civil service ranks with specific rank codes as follows:

1. Job classification code for Senior Market Inspector: 21.187

2. Job classification code for Principal Market Inspector: 21.188

3. Job classification code for Market Inspector: 21.189

4. Job classification code for Intermediate Market Inspector: 21.190

Article 2. Issuing job classification codes for some cultural and information sector staff ranks with specific rank codes as follows:

1. Job classification code for Senior Sound Technician: 17a.191

2. Job classification code for Principal Sound Technician: 17a.192

3. Job classification code for Sound Technician: 17a.193

4. Job classification code for Senior Cataloguer: 17a.194

5. Job classification code for Principal Cataloguer: 17a.195

6. Job classification code for Cataloguer: 17a.196

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
