ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF FERTILIZERS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND USE IN VIETNAM"

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulates state management over product quality;
WHEREAS Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2003 of the Government stipulates management of fertilizer production, distribution, and use;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF FERTILIZERS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND USE IN VIETNAM".
Article 2. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SATISFYING THE CONDITIONS SET OUT IN Article 5 OF Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP DATED OCTOBER 7, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON MANAGEMENT OF FERTILIZER PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE ARE PERMITTED TO PRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE, AND USE THE TYPES OF FERTILIZERS REGISTERED IN THIS LIST.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS, THE HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO FERTILIZER PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE IN VIETNAM SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
