MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to the Library Ordinance dated December 28, 2000;

Considering the proposals of the Director of the Library Department and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,.

This Decision hereby promulgates the Model Regulation on the organization and operation of commune, ward, and town libraries.

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 115/VHTT/QĐ dated August 29, 1979 of the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the organization and operation of commune libraries.

Article 2. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Library Department, Directors of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, Directors of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Library Department, the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
