BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM.
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
