Regarding Mr. Phan Dinh Dieu, Senior Expert of Hanoi National University, retiring
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the report of the Minister of Home Affairs in document number 1570/TTr-BNV dated June 1, 2007;
To implement cadre policy,
DECISION:
Article 1. Mr. Phan Dinh Dieu, Senior Expert of Hanoi National University, shall retire according to regulations from August 1, 2007.
Article 2. The Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Education and Training, the Director of Hanoi National University, and Mr. Phan Dinh Dieu are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
