REGARDING THE EXPORT OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE TO SUPPORT THANH HOA PROVINCE

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON DECREE NO. 77/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 1, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 445/QD-TTg OF APRIL 28, 2008 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE EXPORT OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE TO SUPPORT THANH HOA PROVINCE;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY,

Article 1. THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY SHALL EXPORT 2,500 TONS OF 15% BROKEN RICE IMPORTED IN 2008 TO THANH HOA PROVINCE, WITH DELIVERY AT THE DISTRICT CAPITALS ACCORDING TO THE DISTRIBUTION PLAN OF THE PROVINCE.
Article 2. THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COOPERATING WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THANH HOA PROVINCE TO PROMPTLY ORGANIZE THE HANDOVER AND TIMELY PROVIDE RELIEF TO THE POPULATION.
THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY SHALL DECREASE THE QUANTITY OF RICE MENTIONED ABOVE FROM THE NATIONAL RESERVE FUNDS AT THE ACCOUNTING PRICE AS MONITORED IN THE BOOKS AND REPORT THE SETTLEMENT OF THE RELIEF GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES ALREADY ESTABLISHED.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 29, 2008. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE STATE BUDGET DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE FINANCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PRICE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
