THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Inspection Law dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 on Prices dated April 26, 2002 and Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP dated December 25, 2003 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Prices Ordinance, and Decree No. 75/2008/ND-CP dated June 9, 2008 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2005/ND-CP dated June 22, 2005 of the Government on organization and operation of financial inspection;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department and the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance;
DECISION:
Article 1. To inspect compliance with laws on prices and taxes at production and trading enterprises for seven items: construction steel, cement, liquefied gas, infant milk powder under six years old, sugar, chemical fertilizers, and livestock feed.
Period of inspection: Year 2010 and the first months of 2011.
Article 2. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance shall take the lead in coordinating with the Price Management Department to select inspected units, issue decisions to establish inspection teams, organize and direct inspections, and report the results to the Minister of Finance.
Article 3. Inspected units, the Ministry of Finance's Inspectorate, the Price Management Department, the Planning and Finance Department, and the inspection teams are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
