APPROVING THE NUMBER AND LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL
OF TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE FOR THE 2004-2009 TERM
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TUYEN QUANG AND THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
APPROVING THE NUMBER OF 14 (FOURTEEN) ELECTION UNITS, 57 (FIFTY-SEVEN) DELEGATES TO THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE FOR THE 2004-2009 TERM (ATTACHED LIST).
DECREE
Article 1. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS, AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Minister, Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
