DECISION OF THE MINISTER

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Regarding the issuance of the List of Rare Livestock Breeds Prohibited from Export

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 on Livestock Breeds dated March 24, 2004, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 on Product Quality dated December 24, 1999, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of Rare Livestock Breeds Prohibited from Export is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement this List at different periods to meet the needs for protecting rare livestock breeds.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
