THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Ordinance on Cadres and Civil Servants dated April 29, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the list of civil service ranks in state agencies and the list of career ranks in state-owned units to implement the construction and management of the cadre and civil servant workforce. (A specific list is attached to this Decision).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister, the head of a ministerial-level agency, the head of a government-affiliated agency, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
