THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport in document number 5095/GTVT-TC dated September 23, 2004;

At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Toll Rate Table for the use of national road No. 1A section An Suoi – An Lac.

Article 2. The objects subject to the toll for the use of national road No. 1A section An Suoi – An Lac shall implement according to the provisions set out in Section III, Part I of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the collection, payment, management, and use of tolls for the use of roads (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC).

Article 3. The toll for the use of national road No. 1A section An Suoi – An Lac shall be managed and used according to the regulations applicable to business-invested roads as stipulated in Section IV, Part II of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC.

Article 4. Joint Stock Company BOT An Suoi An Lac - the entity assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the use of national road No. 1A section An Suoi – An Lac shall carry out registration, declaration, collection, payment of tolls, use of toll collection receipts, and fulfill the responsibilities of a toll collection organization in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC.

Article 5. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 6. Organizations and individuals subject to the payment of tolls, Joint Stock Company BOT An Suoi An Lac - the entity assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the use of national road No. 1A section An Suoi – An Lac and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Remarks:

- The load capacity applied to each type of vehicle in the above amount is the design load capacity.

- For the application of toll rates for container-carrying vehicles (including dedicated trailer units): apply the toll rate based on the designed load capacity of the vehicle, regardless of whether it is loaded or not, including cases where the container load is less than the designed load capacity, the toll rate will still be applied based on the designed load capacity.
