Article 1. The attached Regulations on Earthquake and Tsunami Prevention and Control are hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, concurrently Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control, shall be responsible for directing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of the attached Regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control, Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, and Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
