PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 258/TTg dated April 29, 1995 of the Prime Minister on the organization and operation of the Vietnam Sub-Committee in the Intergovernmental Committee on economic, trade, scientific and technical cooperation, and cultural relations with foreign countries;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Trade in Circular No. 0299/TM-KV2 dated January 10, 2007,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Le Danh Vinh, Deputy Minister of Trade, to serve as the Chairman of the Vietnam Sub-Committee in the Joint Economic Commission for economic cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Article 2. The Ministers of the Ministries, Heads of relevant agencies, Chairman, Secretary, and members of the Vietnam Sub-Committee shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature./.
