ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
THE RESISTANCE COMMITTEE OF THE ZONE SHALL INCLUDE FIVE MEMBERS:
ONE MEMBER REPRESENTING THE MILITARY,
ONE MEMBER REPRESENTING THE ADMINISTRATION;
THREE MEMBERS REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE.
Article 2
THE MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE OF THE ZONE SHALL BE APPOINTED BY THE DECREE:
THE ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER AND THE PEOPLE'S MEMBER SHALL BE NAMED UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR.
THE MILITARY MEMBER SHALL BE NAMED UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NATIONAL ARMY.
Article 3
THE MEMBERS OF THE RESISTANCE COMMITTEE OF THE ZONE SHALL ELECT ONE CHAIRPERSON.
THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTION SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DECREE.
Article 4
THE MEMBERS OF THE RESISTANCE COMMITTEE OF THE ZONE SHALL OPERATE UNDER THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE JOINT MINISTERIAL COUNCIL COMPOSED OF THE MINISTRIES OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL DEFENSE, JUSTICE, ECONOMICS, FINANCE, AND THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NATIONAL ARMY.
ALL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE COLLECTED AT THE OFFICE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT.
Article 5
ANY PROVISION CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 6
THE MINISTERS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE, THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMICS, AND THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NATIONAL ARMY SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECREE.
