Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Mr. Do Hoai Nam, former Central Committee member, former President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, continues to perform professional duties at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences in accordance with Decree No. 71/2000/NĐ-CP dated November 23, 2000 of the Government.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision replaces Decision No. 395/QD-TTg dated March 17, 2011 and takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 2. The Minister of Home Affairs, the President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and Mr. Do Hoai Nam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
